Rosemary Celeriac

preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Peel the celeriac, cut in half and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Mix the celeriac slices with the olive oil, salt and pepper and place on a baking tray.
  3. Then bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve the celeriac slices garnished with fresh rosemary.
