Mac and greens

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees .
  2. Peel the onions and slice finely. Chop the garlic finely. Peel and slice the carrot.
  3. Heat the olive oil and fry the onion , garlic, bay leaf and carrot.
  4. Wash the spinach thoroughly. Mix the cashew nuts, water, milk, nutritional yeast and spinach in a pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes at low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Blitz in a mixer and return to the pan. In the meantime cook the macaroni in salt water until al dente, pour in the sauce and serve in a gratin dish
  5. Sprinkle the yeast and breadcrumbs on the surface and grill in the oven for 7 minutes
