- Place the pasta in a pan with boiling water, add the salt and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
- In the meantime, wash the vegetables. Chop the leek into fine strips and dice the peppers. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the vegetables on low heat until golden brown.
- Add the pasta and the tomato sauce to the vegetables, bring everything to the boil again. Season with salt and pepper, add the two pestos and stir for a minute.
- Serve the pasta immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.

When are the 2 varieties of pesto added, also the tomato sauce. Pesto, I understand, is never cooked.
