preparation
- Soak the chick peas in cold water overnight and then cook according to pack instructions. Let the chick peas drain well and allow to cool.
- Add water, tahini paste, lemon juice, olive oil and half avocado to a the chick peas and puree with a hand mixer
- Chop the mint and mash the rest of the avocado with a fork. Add to the puree.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh mint.
